Japanese Women Wrestlers - Hikari Fukuoka
http://joshipuroresu.blogspot.com/
Hikari Fukuoka is a retired Japanese female wrestler.
She was born on February 23rd, 1971 and worked for Japanese wrestling promotions like Japanese Women's Pro (from 1989 to 1992) and JWP (from 1992 to 1999).
During her career she held the JWP Open Weight Singles Championship once and the JWP Tag Team Championship five times with Tomoko Kuzumi (twice), Devil Masami, KAORU and Mayumi Ozaki
She had her retirement match on March 28th, 1999 when she and Candy Okutsu and Hiromi Yagi fought to a draw with Commando Bolshoi, Azumi Hyuga and Carlos Amano.
Hikari was five foot three and weighed 143 pounds.
As far as wrestling moves went, she was known for her diving double footstomp, which looked pretty darn effective.
Here is part one of a video of Hikari taking on Tomoko Kizumi in a match for JWP on October 21st, 1998 posted on YouTube by kapengmabula.
