Akira Hokuto Destroys Madusa
http://joshipuroresu.blogspot.com/
In 1996, the WCW decided to establish a women's championship and struck a deal with the GAEA Japan organization to bring in women wrestlers.
A tournament was held in the fall of 1996.
Madusa defeated Reina Jubuki in the first round, and Zero in the semi-final, but she lost to Akira Hokuto (who lost to Madusa earlier in the tournament as Reina Jubuki) in the finals of the tournament on December 29th, 1996 at StarrCade.
Madusa never could win the title.
She claimed to have won it in Japan, but records indicated otherwise.
Here is the match in it's entirety posted by MadusaWrestling
