Here is another Joshi favorite...Akira Hokuto aka The Dangerous Queen.
Akira was born Hisako Uno in Kitakatsushika (Yoshikawa City), Japan on July 13th, 1967.
She got her start in wrestling when she quit high school and joined the AJW Dojo to learn wrestling.
She made her wrestling debut on May 28th, 1985 and went on to work for wrestling promotions all over the world like All Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling (AJW), Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), GAEA Japan and World Championship Wrestling (WCW) among others.
Akira retired on April 7th, 2002, but still keeps her hand in the wrestling scene along with her husband, Japanese wrestler Kensuke Sasaki.
